Benefits of a Regional Sales Manager

This episode’s theme is working with a regional sales manager. As we’ve mentioned in the past, here at GME Supply and Columbia Safety Supply we don’t just have employees, we have Gear Experts. With a top-notch onboarding process, weekly training, and a tenacious hunger to be the best, our team is uniquely suited to the expertise our industry demands. Tapping into that expertise can be done through our content and our regional sales managers, or RSMs.

About This Episide

In episode 6 of Gear Up with Gear Experts, our guest is Gear Expert Bryan Dominique. Bryan is the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast from North Carolina into Eastern Canada and has been with GME Supply and Columbia Safety for 3 1/2 years.

We talk with Bryan about:

  1. What being a Gear Expert means in relation to an RSM;
  2. What benefits an RSM can offer a customer when looking for equipment;
  3. What resources RSMs have to allow them to provide timely service and expertise; and
  4. What benefits RMSs add to customized kit options.

This week we discuss some of our Gear Expert’s favorite products. Products include:

  1. Guardian Seraph Construction Harness;
  2. Skylotec SkySafe Pro Flex Shock Absorbing Lanyard;
  3. GME Supply Premium Rope Bag; and
  4. WestFall Pro Work Rescue Descender.

Disclaimer:

We’d also like to take this time to remind everyone that while this show is meant to be fun, entertaining, and informative it is not intended to replace proper, in-depth training. Manufacturer’s instructions must also be followed and reviewed before any fall protection equipment is used. And proper training should be received before operating any equipment or before climbing.
